The Next-Generation Sequencing Platform has been offering high-throughput sequencing services on an Illumina infrastructure since 2014. Over the years, it has acquired solid expertise in a wide range of applications in genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics. See the details of the services offered in the Our Services section.

The sequencing infrastructure is based on Illumina technology, which remains the most widely used technology worldwide. The platform is notably equipped with a NovaSeq 6000, which offers very high sequencing throughput (up to 20 billion paired reads per sequencing cycle) at a very low cost per base, as well as lower throughput sequencing instruments, including the iSeq100 and MiSeq V3. The platform is well complemented by a Biomek FXP automated workstation offering numerous sequencing-related services, including several automated methods for library preparation for various applications, a high-performance Covaris ultrasonicator, and quality control instruments such as a TapeStation 4200 and a Qubit 3.0. Our sequencing infrastructure is a versatile next-generation sequencing platform that can accommodate genomics projects of any scale (from a few samples to several thousand). We also provide sequencing services for libraries prepared by clients as well as quality control services for samples and libraries.
