The Sequencing Infrastructure is built on Illumina technology which remains the most widely adopted sequencing technology worldwide. The platform is notably equipped with a NovaSeq X delivering exceptionally high sequencing throughput (up to 26 muilliards paired-end reads per flowcell per sequencing run) while maintaining a very low cost per base. It also includes lower-throughput sequencing instruments such as the Miseq i100 providing flexibility for projects of varying scales. The platform is further enhanced by a Biomek FXP automated workstation which supports a wide range of sequencing-related services, including several automated library preparation workflows for various applications. Additional equipment includes a high-performance Covaris ultrasonicateur and state-of-the-art quality control instruments, such as the Tapestation 4200 and Qubit 3.0.
Our sequencing infrastructure is a versatile next-generation sequencing (NGS) platform capable of supporting genomics projects of any scale, from a few samples to several thousand. We also offer sequencing services for customer-prepared libraries, as well as sample and library quality control services.
