A reference person is available at the CHU de Québec-Université Laval to help you with your clinical research projects and provide explanations on the subject.

The Support for Project Start-ups service helps you reduce the administrative burden of preparing a research project, as well as delays and costs, thereby speeding up the start-up of your projects.

Contact person for any questions relating to the process.
Contact person between the sponsor and your team.
Conducting the site feasibility study for the study project with the help of the research team.
Preparing the various regulatory documents and forwarding them to the sponsor.
Submitting the research project to the REB via the Nagano website and following up on any changes required.
Handling confidentiality agreements, contracts, budgets, and agreements with departments.
Drafting/modifying information and consent forms.
Supporting or taking charge of “Clinical Trial Applications” to Health Canada.
Administrative support for the research team.
Image de-identification service.
