The Genomics Center provides personalized services through the sustained activity of its integrated proteomics and genomics platforms, supported by a bioinformatics platform and validation technologies.

We provide services for projects across various research fields to over 500 scientists in the public and private sectors, both provincial, national, and international.

Since its inauguration in 2014, the new Genomics Center has developed diagnostic tools for prevention and treatments in different biomedical areas, including infectious diseases, personalized cancer screening, neurodegenerative diseases, and maternal and child health.

Services

RNA interference (shRNA)

Le Service shRNA permet d’étudier la fonction des gènes humains et murins individuellement, de réaliser des criblages pan-génomiques pour identifier les gènes conducteurs de phénotypes liés au cancer ou à l’immunité, et d’identifier les cibles moléculaires d’agents thérapeutiques.

Bioinformatics

Our bioinformatics service, composed of four bioinformaticians, utilizes state-of-the-art infrastructure with dedicated servers for computation and storage, supporting your advanced omics projects.

Gene expression

The gene expression service offers personalized gene quantification and genomic variation analysis services using qPCR and dPCR.

Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)

The Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Platform offers high-throughput sequencing services on an Illumina infrastructure, covering various fields such as genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics.

Metabolomics

The metabolomics platform and bioanalytical services offer absolute quantification of metabolites in various samples through targeted mass spectrometry. With over 25 years of expertise, we specialize in oncology, endocrinology, and pharmacology.

Proteomics

The proteomics platform offers cutting-edge expertise in protein analysis by mass spectrometry, supported by a team of experts dedicated to providing high-quality services.
