Pr. Luc Vallières’s team provides the scientific community with a Gammacell 40 Exactor irradiator, designed to irradiate cultured cells, laboratory animals and other small- to medium-sized specimens. Equipped with two cesium-137 sources, it was acquired in 2003 with support from the Canada Foundation for Innovation.
