André Côté is a full professor in the Department of Management at Université Laval. He has published several scientific articles on the implementation and evaluation of stakeholder networks in the healthcare and social services field, the transformation of complex care processes, and interactional dynamics, notably through the implementation of clinical microsystems in a Learning Health System logic. Professor Côté has also developed expertise in the field of pharmaceuticals, notably in the accessibility of cancer drugs and orphan drugs.

He is also the Scientific Director of the Centre de recherche en gestion des services de santé at Université Laval, in partnership with the four healthcare institutions in the Quebec area. He currently leads a team of over 60 university researchers, as well as an equally significant number of hospital staff involved in one or more of the current research projects. The aim of these projects is to improve the quality, safety, and accessibility of care and services offered within partner establishments.
