This service enables obtaining a primary culture of urinary cells and acquiring a minimum of approximately 500,000 cells within 1 month. The requester must commit to adopting the protocols for urine sample collection and transportation. The sample must be sent to the platform within a maximum of 4 hours, kept at 4°C, to ensure cell viability.
We have developed a protocol allowing for the survival and possible isolation of urinary cells within 24 hours following collection.
However, it’s possible that a urine sample may not yield cell colonies. If this occurs, another sample will be required.
