Genotyping of the produced iPSC lines (parental cell – daughter cell affiliation test)
This service spans approximately one month and includes:
- DNA extraction for the parental lineage
- Sending DNA to the Genome Quebec laboratory (Montreal)
- Short tandem repeat (STR) polymorphisms for 9 loci and Amelogenin
