Karyotyping of the iPSC lines produced
This service spans approximately one month and includes:
- Extraction of genomic DNA from iPSCs
- Two karyotyping methods are recommended, depending on the client’s choice, to identify possible chromosomal rearrangements inherent to cellular reprogramming: 1) External karyotyping (Karyostat+, ThermoFisher); or 2) digital droplet PCR (ddPCR), conducted internally
- Analysis of the results
