Sample preparation: RNA and DNA extraction

RNA and genomic DNA extraction service from various sample sources. 

The extracted RNA and DNA can then be used for genetic analyses such as RT-qPCR, qPCR, dPCR, genotyping, and next-generation sequencing (NGS). 

All protocols can be developed and optimized based on the type of sample being processed. 

The service includes quality control of the extracted RNA or DNA through bioanalysis using the TapeStation (Agilent) or NanoDrop quantification. 

Requests for extractions ranging from low to high throughput are accepted.
