This service identifies the measurement parameters for your experiment and designs a mathematical model capable of quantifying objects of interest in each microscopy image according to the criteria of your study. The custom algorithm is formatted in a reusable module that is called by an image batch loader. The module can be reused to test as many measurement models as necessary to retain only the one that best fits your study, regardless of the number of images to be processed.
