PerkinElmer’s JANUS Automated Workstations offer a wide range of pipetting technologies integrated into a single instrument. These are high-performance, efficient, and versatile robots designed to automate sample preparation and handling tasks. Compatible with tubes, vials, 96-well plates, or 384-well plates, they adapt to any laboratory material. Our three JANUS stations are equipped with an 8-tip Varispan head, and two stations also feature a 96-Modular Dispense Technology™ (MDT) head. These two arms are independent of each other and move in all three Cartesian X-Y-Z directions. Pipetted volumes can be as low as 2 µL and can go up to 1 mL. Their versatility allows us to automate our protocols and ensures their reproducibility.
