Our analysis algorithms take advantage of the separation of signals recorded in each channel of the image (one fluorescence signal per channel). Following the video stabilization, each channel is cleaned of background noise. After objects of interest are detected, they are dynamically traced and the trajectories are analyzed according to various relevant criteria.
