The service includes two microscopes.
The Zeiss Imager.Z2 / LSM800 confocal microscope is equipped with four laser lines for confocal acquisition and four laser lines for epifluorescence.
The Olympus IX81 FV1000 confocal microscope is equipped with six laser lines (405, 456, 488, 512, 546, and 633 nm) and produces images at magnifications of up to 60×. A controlled-environment module (CO₂ and heating) allows time-lapse recording of the evolution of a cell culture at regular intervals.
