1. Any housing request must first have been the subject of an approved request for the use of laboratory animals by the Animal Care Committee (CPAUL). No request will be considered without the CPAUL approval number. 
  2. Complete form FORM-CHU-003 Animal Acquisition Request, (in French) attach the experimentation schedule (see guidelines and examples below). 
  3. Send everything to: Mélanie Simard and France Duclos. 
  4. Requests must be submitted no later than Tuesday of the preceding week before the arrival. 
  5. An order confirmation will be sent to you during the same week. Please review it and ensure the conformity of your order.
