The flow cytometry core facility is equipped with three BD FACS Canto II cytometers. Two of them can analyze up to 8 fluorochromes, while the third is configured for the analysis of extracellular vesicles. These cytometers fulfill most needs for a flow cytometry experiment.
Additionally, the automation module on the BD FACSCanto II allows for the analysis of large quantities of samples autonomously.
