Le programme de recherche de Dre Lauzier porte sur les dimensions psychosociales de l’usage du traitement médicamenteux, notamment dans le champ de l’oncologie. Ses travaux visent à évaluer l’ampleur de la non-adhésion au traitement et à identifier ses déterminants. Elle développe et évalue des interventions ciblées pour les patients et les professionnels de la santé afin d’optimiser l’usage des médicaments. D’un point de vue méthodologique, Dre Lauzier utilise à la fois les méthodologies qualitatives et quantitatives et s’intéresse à la validation d’instruments de mesure permettant de mieux comprendre l’expérience des patients.
