data-contrast=\"none\">Images of histological sections are obtained by microscopes geared with a digitizer. Our analysis algorithms automatically separate the colors of images (deconvolution). The image is stored in memory with a new structure containing as many channels as there are color markers (as in the structure of fluorescence images).
